1. The short version
Every office gets a 7-day free trial with no payment required — so you can fully evaluate ArchiFlow before spending anything. Subscriptions are prepaid monthly at ₹590 (₹500 + 18% GST). Once a month's subscription is activated and paid for, that month's fee is non-refundable, including if you cancel partway through the month. Billing mistakes on our side are always corrected with a full refund.
2. Free trial — nothing to refund
- The 7-day trial is completely free. No card details are collected, and nothing is charged — so there is nothing to refund.
- If you choose not to subscribe, your trial access simply pauses at the end of the 7 days.
3. Paid subscriptions — prepaid, non-refundable once activated
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Each payment activates one month of service for your office, starting on the payment date.
- Once a subscription month is activated, its fee is non-refundable — including if you stop using the Service, use it only partly, or cancel in the middle of the month. This is standard for prepaid SaaS subscriptions, and the free trial exists precisely so you can decide before paying.
- Early-pay or other promotional discounts apply only as stated at the time of payment and do not create any refund entitlement.
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from within the app or by writing to contact@archiflow.in.
- Cancellation stops future billing. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for — your access continues until then, and no further amount is charged.
- Cancelling does not refund the current (already paid) month — see section 3 above.
- After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days for export, then deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Billing errors — always refunded
The no-refund rule in section 3 does not apply to our mistakes. We will investigate and issue a full refund for:
- Duplicate charges for the same billing month.
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation.
- Charges where the subscription was never activated.
- Any amount charged in excess of the published price (₹590/month, or the stated promotional price).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (bank/payment-network timelines may vary). GST on refunded amounts is reversed as per applicable tax rules.
6. How to request a cancellation or refund
- Write to contact@archiflow.in from your registered email address.
- Include your firm name, registered mobile number, and the payment/transaction reference (from your GST invoice or Razorpay receipt).
- For billing-error refunds, describe what went wrong. We will acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 7 working days.
7. GST invoices
A GST invoice is emailed for every successful payment. If an invoice has an error (wrong GSTIN, firm name or amount), write to contact@archiflow.in within 7 days of payment and we will issue a corrected invoice.
8. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we will share the transaction and service-activation records with the payment network to establish the facts. We strongly recommend writing to us first — billing errors are resolved faster that way.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy with at least 15 days' notice by email or in-app. The version in force at the time of your payment governs that payment.
