1. The service and who provides it
ArchiFlow ("the Service") is office-management software for interior design and architecture firms, provided under the brand Xrinteck.
Legal entity notice: the operating legal entity, Xrinteck (incorporation in progress), is currently being incorporated. These Terms will be updated with the registered company name and registered address (to be updated on incorporation) once incorporation is complete. Until then, the Service is operated by the Xrinteck brand, and these Terms still apply in full.
In these Terms, "you" means the firm or individual subscribing to the Service, and "we"/"us"/"our" means the Xrinteck brand operating ArchiFlow.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate firm, owner and contact details when signing up. You are responsible for keeping them up to date.
- Each subscription covers one office. You may add your office's staff to that subscription; you are responsible for their access and for removing people who leave your firm.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or be acting on behalf of a business, to subscribe.
3. Free trial
- Every new office gets a 7-day free trial. No credit card or payment is required to start the trial.
- The trial includes full access to the Service for the trial period.
- If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access is paused. Nothing is ever charged without an explicit payment from you.
- Your trial data remains available if you subscribe later; you may export it at any time.
4. Subscription and billing
- The subscription price is ₹500 per month per office, plus 18% GST — ₹590 per month, billed monthly in advance.
- A promotional 10% early-pay discount (₹531 for the first month) may be offered when you subscribe before your trial ends. Discounts apply only as stated at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking). We do not store your card or bank details; they are handled by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy.
- A GST invoice is emailed for every successful payment.
- If a payment fails, your subscription is not activated or renewed. We may retry or ask you to use another payment method; access pauses until payment succeeds.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We may revise pricing with at least 30 days' notice; the revised price applies from your next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime from within the app or by writing to contact@archiflow.in.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you have already paid for. Access continues until then.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to store or transmit unlawful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other offices' data, or our systems.
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Upload malicious code, or content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Share one office subscription across multiple unrelated businesses.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.
7. Your data
- You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (your "Firm Data").
- You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your Firm Data solely to provide the Service to you.
- We do not sell your Firm Data. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can export your Firm Data at any time from within the app.
8. Service availability and changes
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
- We may update, improve or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Core functionality you pay for will not be removed mid-billing-cycle without a remedy.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding your Firm Data), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you; you receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.
10. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms (including non-payment or misuse), after reasonable notice where practical.
- On termination or expiry, your access ends. We retain your Firm Data for 90 days so you can export it, then delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
